Insulation Worker

Job Description

As an Insulation Worker, you will be responsible for installing insulation materials in various types of buildings. You'll operate specialized machinery to blow in insulation while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prepare the site prior to insulation installation.
• Calibrate insulation machinery and load materials as per requirements.
• Utilize blowing equipment for efficient application of insulation.
• Inspect the insulation coverage for quality assurance.
• Clear the site post-installation and restore it to its initial condition.
• Provide feedback about operational issues to ensure smooth processes.
• Document and report any incidents or safety concerns immediately.
• Work collaboratively with other employees to ensure project success.
• Assist in training junior staff in insulation techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Certification in construction or insulation processes is an advantage

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience preferred
