Ethics and Compliance Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for an Ethics and Compliance Analyst to play a vital role in ensuring our company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in auditing processes, developing compliance programs, and providing training to staff on compliance topics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on compliance trends and issues.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure alignment with legal requirements.
• Develop compliance KPIs to measure effectiveness of programs.
• Identify areas for improvement within compliance strategies.
• Lead training sessions on compliance awareness for all employees.
• Review and update compliance policies regularly.
• Assist in preparing for external compliance audits.
• Support the development of a whistleblower protection program.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Postgraduate qualification in Compliance or Risk Management is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management
