Job Description

Join our team as an HR Manager and lead our HR initiatives in Durban. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for employee development and engagement. You will manage recruitment processes, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • MBA with a focus on HR is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial HR role
