As a Military Lawyer in our firm, you will be entrusted with the legal representation of military personnel across various contexts, ensuring their rights are upheld in both court and everyday situations. Your expertise will encompass a wide range of legal areas, with a primary focus on military law.

Responsibilities

• Offer strategic legal counsel to military clients.
• Assist in the drafting and filing of legal documents.
• Engage in negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Facilitate the resolution of conflicts through mediation.
• Provide insights on the implications of military regulations.
• Remain current on changes in military law and legal precedents.
• Advise clients on their rights and obligations under the law.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
• Specialization in Military Law is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a military lawyer or in related legal practice.
