Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IP Lawyer to join Legal Experts Ltd., focusing on managing and negotiating IP rights for our clients. This role will involve providing guidance on matters of policy and compliance and participating in IP litigations when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on unique and complex IP cases.
• Serve as an expert witness on IP matters as required.
• Lead negotiations for licensing agreements.
• Oversee and provide strategic direction on IP infringement matters.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.
• Monitor changes in IP laws and propose necessary firm adjustments.
• Engage with government authorities on IP policy matters.
• Support clients in navigating international IP laws.
• Prepare and present IP training sessions for clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Postgraduate qualifications in IP Law preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IP law, with a focus on litigation

Certifications

• Registered Patent Attorney (if applicable)

Languages
