Job Description

We are seeking a Governance Risk Advisor to join our dedicated team in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in risk assessment and compliance management, ensuring we meet regulatory requirements and mitigate potential risks.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees.
• Summarize and document compliance findings for internal stakeholders.
• Implement tools for monitoring compliance and risk management activities.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure alignment with legislative requirements.
• Execute periodic compliance assessments and audits.
• Engage with management to discuss risk management updates and pathways.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance, or a similar field
• Professional certification in compliance management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in compliance management or related areas
