Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Support Representative to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving queries efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer issues are resolved.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members by sharing knowledge.
  • Engage with customers to build strong relationships.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support or service role
