In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing mining operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing production processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of mining engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mineral deposits and prepare detailed mining plans.

• Provide technical guidance for mine infrastructure development.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.
• Implement innovative mining technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare risk assessments related to mining operations.
• Lead safety training sessions for staff and contractors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Geology
• Master's degree or additional qualifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of practical experience in mining operations
