Job Description

We are eager to find a Training and Development Specialist who is passionate about creating engaging training programmes. The right candidate will work closely with various teams to identify training needs, design effective materials, and deliver insightful sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Engage with employees post-training to assess knowledge retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address skills deficits.
  • Draft and present training reports to senior management.
  • Implement innovative training methods and technology to enhance learning.
  • Design tailored training paths based on employee career aspirations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Adult Education or Training is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a training role within the manufacturing sector
