Responsibilities

• Lead a team in day-to-day production operations.
• Conduct quality inspections on products to ensure compliance.

• Collaborate with the production manager to set achievable goals.
• Ensure the team adheres to safety protocols.
• Manage production reports and participate in strategic planning.
• Assist in maintaining equipment and machinery.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Relevant degree in Food Science, Hospitality, or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years experience in the food and beverage industry, with supervisory experience preferred

Technical Skills

• POS System Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
