Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients are satisfied and deriving maximum value from our products. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to provide effective solutions. We're looking for individuals who can build strong relationships and advocate for the customer’s needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the customer journey from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure they are deriving value from services.
  • Influence product development based on customer feedback.
  • Facilitate workshops and webinars to educate clients on new features.
  • Work closely with marketing to highlight customer success stories.
  • Assist in setting customer success goals and metrics.
  • Evaluate and improve customer success processes.
  • Celebrate customer milestones and achievements.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with existing clients.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Advanced certifications in Customer Success Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or account management

  • CRM Platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)

Languages
