Job Description

As a Production Planning Manager, you will oversee the production schedule and ensure optimal resource allocation. Your role is crucial in maintaining the balance between demand and supply while minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.

Responsibilities

• Create efficient production plans that align with business goals.
• Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
• Utilize ERP software for production tracking and reporting.
• Conduct regular reviews of production schedules with stakeholders.
• Analyze production output and adjust schedules as needed.
• Maintain documentation related to production planning and processes.
• Facilitate communication between different departments involved in production.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Identify training needs for the production planning team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing, or similar
• Master's degree in Business Administration is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments

• Advanced Excel

Certifications

• Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
