Responsibilities

• Handle complex corporate legal matters and provide expert advice.
• Support clients in regulatory compliance and reporting.
• Prepare legal opinions and memoranda.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Investigate legal issues and prepare documentation.
• Create legal guidelines for corporate transactions.

Requirements

Education

• LLB and a relevant master's degree
• Additional qualifications in commercial or business law are beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of corporate legal experience in a law firm
