Job Description

As a Food Science Technician, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our dairy products meet industry standards. You will conduct tests, analyze samples, and collaborate closely with our production team to uphold the quality of our offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and prepare samples for laboratory analysis.
  • Conduct microbiological and chemical tests on dairy products.
  • Summarize findings in clear and concise reports.
  • Ensure laboratory practices comply with ISO standards.
  • Support quality enhancements in dairy products through effective testing.
  • Develop and maintain standard operation procedures for testing.
  • Assist in training staff on quality assurance protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher Diploma in Food Science or Dairy Technology
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in dairy production and laboratory testing
