We're seeking a dedicated Legal Counsel to join our Johannesburg team. This role requires a strategic thinker able to navigate complex legal landscapes while providing insightful advice and counsel to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with a focus on compliance and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage employee relations legal issues.
• Consult with senior management regarding legal matters.
• Support merger and acquisition activities with legal insights.
• Manage and resolve contractual disputes efficiently.
• Conduct compliance audits and assessments.
• Advise on corporate restructuring and reorganizations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience
