Construction Manager

Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Construction Manager to lead our construction teams. In this role, you'll manage site staff, communicate with stakeholders, and guarantee that projects meet client specifications and compliance standards, all while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project proposals and provide feedback on feasibility.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to determine project specifications.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure contract compliance.
• Review and approve construction drawings and specifications.
• Address client issues and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience

• 7 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

Advantageous
