Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Durban office. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in talent acquisition to source and match exceptional candidates with our clients’ needs. Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple vacancies.
  • Engage in active sourcing and outreach to potential candidates.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their business culture.
  • Provide coaching and advice to candidates on interview techniques and CV preparation.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage and monitor submissions.
  • Host candidate assessment days and outreach events.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and labour market conditions.
  • Manage candidate pipelines to ensure an efficient hiring process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a recruitment-focused role
