Responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative social media campaigns to increase audience engagement.
• Analyse social media metrics to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Produce high-quality written and visual content that resonates with our target audience.
• Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure and report performance across social platforms.
• Conduct training sessions for the marketing team on best social media practices.
• Monitor and report on social media trends to keep our strategies current and relevant.
• Foster community engagement through active interaction on social channels.
• Stay abreast of changes in social media algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, PR, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in a social media role, ideally within an agency
