Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for understanding customer needs and a commitment to enhancing their journey with us. You'll collaborate with various departments to implement customer feedback and support initiatives aimed at improving service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers regularly to gather feedback and assess satisfaction.
  • Identify and mitigate customer issues before they escalate.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
  • Facilitate workshops aimed at understanding customer needs and expectations.
  • Document and track customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Provide actionable insights to product and marketing teams based on customer feedback.
  • Assist in developing customer success strategies and initiatives.
  • Evaluate customer success processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, with a focus on Customer Relationship Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management or relevant role
