Job Description

We're searching for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, and talent acquisition, ensuring a productive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Implement HR best practices for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee retention.
  • Consult with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and develop action plans based on feedback.
  • Coordinate training and development opportunities for employees.
  • Lead conflict resolution efforts and employee relations initiatives.
  • Ensure all HR activities uphold company values and promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and labor legislation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
