Responsibilities
Implement HR best practices for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee retention.
Consult with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Manage payroll and benefits administration.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and develop action plans based on feedback.
Coordinate training and development opportunities for employees.
Lead conflict resolution efforts and employee relations initiatives.
Ensure all HR activities uphold company values and promote diversity and inclusion.
Stay updated on HR trends and labor legislation.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree in HR Management is a plus
