Job Description

As a Diversity Officer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies. You will be tasked with ensuring that our workplace is welcoming and inclusive for all employees. This role requires a proactive individual who can engage effectively with various stakeholders and foster a culture of respect.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategies for fostering an inclusive culture.
  • Evaluate current diversity practices and suggest enhancements.
  • Conduct diversity audits to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with external diversity organizations.
  • Serve as an ambassador for diversity and inclusion internally and externally.
  • Provide training to employees about the importance of respect and inclusion.
  • Facilitate mentorship programs to support underrepresented groups.
  • Collaborate on community engagement initiatives.
  • Report directly to the HR Director on diversity progress.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Relevant certifications in diversity and inclusion are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion or HR roles
