Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to take a proactive role in our HR department. The successful candidate will manage key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts and orientations for new hires.
  • Resolve employee complaints and maintain workplace safety.
  • Support the development of training programs.
  • Manage employee engagement and retention activities.
  • Keep up-to-date with labour legislation and ensure compliance.
  • Aid in the organization of company events and meetings.
  • Support the HR manager in strategic planning.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and manage feedback.
  • Participate in job analysis and job description maintenance.
  • Conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction.
