Job Description

As a Compliance Officer at Confident Compliance Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring that our client operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. You will play a critical role in developing policies, conducting audits, and collaborating with various departments to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all company practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Monitor and report on compliance violations and corrective actions.
• Provide regulatory guidance and support to operational processes.
• Conduct trainings on compliance requirements for staff.
• Collaborate with legal teams on compliance issues.
• Develop audit plans and manage compliance documentation.
• Assist in creating business continuity plans relating to compliance risks.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies as needed.
• Draft compliance reports and policy updates.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Compliance, Law, or Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or legal advisory roles

Certifications

• ISO 19600 Compliance Management System Certification
