• Conduct user training sessions to enhance engagement with the platform.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss process improvements.
• Help maintain communication with users for ongoing support.
• Prepare user insights and feedback for strategy discussions.
• Promote best practices in user engagement and support.
• Analyze competitor offerings to contribute to platform enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Courses in HR, Business or Customer Service are beneficial

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
