We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Consultant who will play a crucial role in enhancing workplace effectiveness. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise to assess, design and implement tools and strategies that improve employee performance and organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Champion organizational development best practices across various teams.
• Guide the organization through transitions and periods of change.
• Act as a change agent to promote new initiatives and methods.
• Create evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of programs.
• Support the development of leadership capabilities within the organization.
• Engage with employees to gather feedback and insights on development programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
• Master's degree is favored

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a strong focus on organizational culture initiatives

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
