We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Consultant who will play a crucial role in enhancing workplace effectiveness. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise to assess, design and implement tools and strategies that improve employee performance and organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing organizational structures to identify areas of improvement.
• Design and implement training and development programs for staff.
• Conduct workshops to enhance team effectiveness and communication.
• Support the development and implementation of change management strategies.
• Collaborate with management to establish performance metrics.
• Advise on employee engagement initiatives and cultural transformation efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
• Master's degree is favored

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a strong focus on organizational culture initiatives
