Responsibilities

  • Foster strong customer relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and product teams to address client needs.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and implement solutions for improvement.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and training for new clients.
  • Create reports on customer health and success metrics.
  • Identify trends and communicate insights to improve customer experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant certification in customer success management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in customer success or relationship management roles
