Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician in our Port Elizabeth team, you will support our operations by maintaining and repairing equipment effectively. Strong hands-on skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on various equipment and systems.
• Analyze and report on maintenance metrics.
• Perform repairs on machinery to avoid production downtime.
• Stay updated on the latest maintenance technologies and techniques.
• Collaborate with suppliers for parts and equipment procurement.
• Train new staff on maintenance protocols.

Requirements

Education

• National Certificate in Engineering

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift License: Valid forklift operator's license is advantageous.
