Job Description

As an E-Business Project Manager, you'll oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of various e-business projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget will be key. Your role is critical in aligning e-business initiatives with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of e-commerce project management from initiation to closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital projects.
  • Create detailed project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring expenses.
  • Regularly report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects meet quality and compliance expectations.
  • Develop best practices for project management processes to enhance team performance.
  • Provide tech support for e-business platforms and ensure system stability.
  • Monitor web analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in e-business projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or IT is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience within the e-business or digital project management field.
Technical Skills
  • Digital Marketing Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)
  • CRM Software (e.g., Salesforce)
