Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Event Planner who will be responsible for the complete execution of events from start to finish. This role will require excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure. You will coordinate with suppliers, manage event budgets, and ensure client satisfaction through every phase of the event planning process.

Responsibilities

• Lead the event team in executing flawless events.
• Match clients with the right services to tailor their events to their needs.
• Manage on-site staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Create event budgets and ensure adherence throughout the planning process.
• Assist clients with event theme development and design.
• Coordinate logistics for transportation and accommodation for guests.
• Prepare event reports to summarize project outcomes and revenues.
• Develop contingency plans for any potential disruptions.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Event Management or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination

Technical Skills

• Social Media Marketing

Languages

• English: Fluent
