Job Description

As a Clinical Psychologist at Mental Wellness Solutions, you will be responsible for providing psychological assessments, individual and group therapy, and crisis intervention. Responsibilities

  • Assess clients through interviews and psychometric tests.
  • Create strategic treatment plans based on effective practices.
  • Lead therapeutic sessions focusing on personal development.
  • Collaborate with social workers, psychiatrists, and other specialists.
  • Document and maintain client treatment histories.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional workshops.
  • Conduct psycho-educational assessments as required.
  • Support community outreach programs promoting mental wellbeing.
  • Guide clients through complex emotional challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology
  • Additional certifications in therapeutic modalities are advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience required
