Responsibilities
Lead recruitment campaigns, including screening resumes and conducting interviews.
Support the organization of professional development initiatives.
Promote positive employee relations through regular interactions.
Enforce compliance with HR policies and legislation.
Assist in the analysis of employee feedback to enhance workplace satisfaction.
Manage HR records ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Provide assistance in resolving workplace conflicts and issues.
Track HR performance metrics and prepare summaries for management review.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Master's degree in Business Administration is advantageous
Experience
4-6 years of experience as an HR Generalist
