Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer activity and health to proactively address concerns.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their business objectives.
  • Work closely with product teams to advocate for client needs.
  • Assist in developing training materials and resources for clients.
  • Provide insights to the marketing team based on customer feedback and needs.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or success roles
