Job Description

Join us as an Account Manager where you will oversee client portfolios, develop strategies to meet clients' business objectives, and ensure the delivery of high-quality service. You will work closely with clients to enhance their experience and drive satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Drive client engagement through regular communication and feedback.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and driving sales.
  • Work closely with product teams to facilitate client requests.
  • Ensure effective onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support.
  • Analyze account performance and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • MBA is a strong advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or business development
