Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager based in Port Elizabeth, you will play a pivotal role in fostering client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, conducting regular check-ins, and advocating for their needs to our internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management
