Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and success. Your role will involve cultivating strong relationships with clients and helping them achieve their business objectives through our solutions. We are looking for a proactive professional who is passionate about enhancing customer journeys and ensuring product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Create strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Work with sales and marketing to develop customer communication strategies.
  • Ensure customers leverage all available features and capabilities of the product.
  • Develop success plans for key accounts to guide their journey.
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews with clients to discuss performance and future goals.
  • Manage the renewal process and ensure timely contract renewals.
  • Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics to ensure company standards are met.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles
