Responsibilities

• Draft and review corporate agreements and documents.
• Advise on compliance with local and international regulations.
• Support corporate restructuring and governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to mitigate legal risks.
• Provide training on legal compliance to staff.
• Develop strategies for dispute resolution.
• Assist clients with business formation and corporate structuring.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent degree in law
• Postgraduate qualification in corporate law is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a corporate legal role
