Job Description

The Executive Compensation Manager plays a critical role in developing and implementing compensation programs tailored to attract, retain, and motivate executive-level talent. You will ensure that our compensation practices are competitive and fair by conducting thorough market research and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement executive compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct extensive market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive executive compensation packages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create incentive programs that align with the company's objectives and values.
  • Manage the annual executive compensation review process, including performance evaluations and salary adjustments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, legal regulations, and best practices related to executive compensation.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners and senior leadership on executive compensation matters.
  • Monitor and analyze executive compensation data to identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding executive compensation.
  • Prepare analytical reports and presentations for the executive team.
  • Facilitate communication and training sessions related to compensation strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Advanced degree in HR or related field (preferred)
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits with a focus on executive compensation.
