Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys with document preparation and filing.
  • Conduct legal research using various online databases.
  • Attend client meetings and take notes for follow-up actions.
  • Prepare trial folders and exhibits for hearings.
  • Monitor case progress and update case management systems.
  • Assist in bookkeeping and billing processes related to client accounts.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in Paralegal Studies or Law
  • Bachelor's degree in Law is a plus
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
