We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth by implementing effective client engagement strategies. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
  • Develop strategic account plans that align with clients' business goals.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential growth areas within client accounts.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to discuss progress and future strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create tailored campaigns for key accounts.
  • Monitor competitive activity and share insights with the sales team.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP) are a bonus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or related role
