Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about building lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying upselling opportunities, and acting as the voice of the customer within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure clients receive maximum value from our products and services.
  • Coordinate with various departments to address customer needs promptly.
  • Prepare performance reports and present them to clients.
  • Lead customer advocacy efforts within the organization.
  • Organize and manage customer events or webinars.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management
