We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be skilled at problem-solving and communication, with a passion for technology and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with technical inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and resolve support tickets efficiently.
  • Create user guides and documentation for end-users.
  • Work closely with the development team to report bugs and issues.
  • Ensure all support processes are followed for consistent service.
  • Provide feedback for product improvements based on customer input.
  • Promote best practices for technical support within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field
