Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about ensuring customer success and satisfaction. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring that they receive the best possible service and value from our innovative solutions. Your goal will be to foster long-term relationships and achieve high customer retention rates.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Recognize opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer retention and increase engagement.
  • Coordinate with the technical support team for escalated issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Monitor success metrics and report on customer accounts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or a related field
