Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in building lasting relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure their satisfaction with our services, support their goals, and promote our products effectively. You will work closely with various teams to drive customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.

Requirements

Education

Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management
