Job Description

The Contracts Negotiator is responsible for overseeing the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts on behalf of the company. This essential role requires a highly detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate, draft, and review contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and other parties involved in the business.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contracts.
  • Manage contract renewal and extension processes.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for new business.
  • Keep accurate records of contracts and related documents.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in contract negotiation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in contract negotiation, preferably in a commercial or business environment
