Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first line of support for our clients in Pretoria. Your role includes troubleshooting and guiding customers through complex technical issues, making sure they have the best experience with our products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance product usability.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through exceptional service.
  • Stay abreast of new technologies relevant to our products and services.
  • Assist in training new support staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
  • Certification in IT support or help desk management is advantageous

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
