Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first line of communication for our customers in Cape Town. You will assist them with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. This role requires a customer-centric mindset and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and grace.

Responsibilities

  • Actively listen and respond to customer queries.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
  • Track and analyze customer feedback to improve services.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends to management.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and ideas.
  • Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
  • Support special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
