Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager to strengthen our client relationships in Pretoria. This role revolves around ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our services, and you're encouraged to be their advocate within the company, providing valuable feedback and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer success by ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process and enhance user experience.
  • Regularly gather customer feedback to help improve services.
  • Identify upselling opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to better serve your customers.
  • Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to align customer needs with solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions for customers.
  • Create reports on customer success metrics to share with management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree in related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

Advantageous

  • Experience in a SaaS environment: Previous experience working in a Software as a Service company is a plus.
