Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Success Manager in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for fostering client relationships, guiding customers to success, and ensuring they receive maximum value from our services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer lifecycle by proactively engaging customers to drive success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to inform product enhancements.
  • Promote customer success stories to encourage high retention rates.
  • Work closely with your team to share best practices and strategies for customer success.
  • Assist in developing customer success metrics and KPIs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications in customer success management are a plus

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
