Job Description

Join our expanding team as a Customer Success Manager where you will be the frontline advocate for our customers. Your primary focus will be to foster strong relationships, enhance user satisfaction and ensure customers are leveraging our products effectively to meet their objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely support and solutions.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Monitor customer health metrics to proactively address potential issues.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new customers.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement strategies.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
  • Create reports and present insights to the leadership team.

Advantageous

  • Experience in SaaS industry: Familiarity with Software as a Service business models and customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of customer success metrics: Understanding of customer health scores and NPS (Net Promoter Score).
