Legal Advisor

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Legal Advisor to become an integral part of our team. This role requires expertise in legal compliance, contract management, and providing sound legal advice to clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive and able to navigate complex legal issues while ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving legal disputes and issues for clients.
• Prepare briefs, opinions, and case studies as necessary.
• Develop and implement legal strategies for clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service.
• Conduct training for clients on legal compliance matters.
• Collaborate with external counsel when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Master's degree in Law is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in legal advisory roles

Certifications

• Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)

• English: Fluent

• Previous experience in a corporate environment: Experience working in-house for a corporation is a plus.
